IMD Weather Warning: देश के कई राज्यों में मौसम एक बार फिर करवट लेने वाला है। भारतीय मौसम विज्ञान विभाग (IMD) ने बंगाल की खाड़ी और अरब सागर में सक्रिय मौसमी प्रणालियों के कारण दक्षिणी और पूर्वी भारत के कई हिस्सों में भारी बारिश का अलर्ट जारी किया है। मौसम विभाग के अनुसार, पश्चिम-मध्य बंगाल की खाड़ी में 25-26 अक्टूबर के आसपास चक्रवाती तूफान बनने की संभावना है। इसके प्रभाव से कई राज्यों में मूसलाधार बारिश, तेज हवाएं और वज्रपात हो सकता है। वहीं, उत्तर भारत के पहाड़ी इलाकों में बारिश और बर्फबारी के चलते मैदानी क्षेत्रों में ठंड बढ़ने के आसार हैं।

IMD के अनुसार, 25 अक्टूबर को दक्षिण भारत के कई राज्यों में भारी बारिश होने की आशंका है। तमिलनाडु, पुडुचेरी और कराईकल में मूसलाधार बारिश हो सकती है। वहीं, केरल और माहे में भी भारी बारिश का अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। कर्नाटक के कुछ हिस्सों में गरज-चमक के साथ बारिश होने की संभावना है। इसके अलावा, लक्षद्वीप और उससे सटे दक्षिण-पूर्व अरब सागर के क्षेत्रों में व्यापक बारिश हो सकती है। मौसम विभाग ने संबंधित क्षेत्रों के लोगों को सतर्क रहने की सलाह दी है।

मुख्य बिंदु
(i) 26 अक्टूबर तक पश्चिम-मध्य बंगाल की खाड़ी के ऊपर चक्रवाती तूफान बनने तथा इसके और तीव्र होने की संभावना के प्रभाव से तटीय आंध्र प्रदेश में 27 एवं 28 अक्टूबर को, ओडिशा और तेलंगाना में 28 अक्टूबर को कहीं-कहीं अत्यंत भारी वर्षा होने की संभावना है। इसके अतिरिक्त, ओडिशा में 27 एवं 29 अक्टूबर, 2026 को कहीं-कहीं भारी से बहुत भारी वर्षा होने की संभावना है।
(ii) दक्षिण-पूर्व अरब सागर तथा उससे सटे लक्षद्वीप क्षेत्र के ऊपर बने निम्न दबाव के क्षेत्र के प्रभाव से तमिलनाडु, पुडुचेरी एवं कराईकल में 24 एवं 25 अक्टूबर को तथा केरल एवं माहे में 25 एवं 26 अक्टूबर को कहीं-कहीं अत्यंत भारी वर्षा होने की संभावना है।

मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक, पश्चिम-मध्य बंगाल की खाड़ी में 25-26 अक्टूबर तक चक्रवाती तूफान विकसित होने की संभावना है। इसके प्रभाव से तटीय आंध्र प्रदेश में 27 और 28 अक्टूबर को अत्यधिक भारी बारिश हो सकती है। वहीं, ओडिशा और तेलंगाना में 28 अक्टूबर को कई स्थानों पर मूसलाधार बारिश होने का अनुमान है। ओडिशा में 27 और 29 अक्टूबर को भी भारी से बहुत भारी बारिश हो सकती है। तटीय इलाकों में रहने वाले लोगों को मौसम विभाग के निर्देशों का पालन करने और खराब मौसम के दौरान सावधानी बरतने की सलाह दी गई है।
तमिलनाडु और केरल में भारी बारिश का अलर्ट
दक्षिण-पूर्व अरब सागर और उससे सटे लक्षद्वीप क्षेत्र के ऊपर कम दबाव का क्षेत्र सक्रिय है। इसके प्रभाव से तमिलनाडु, पुडुचेरी और कराईकल में 24 और 25 अक्टूबर को भारी बारिश की चेतावनी जारी की गई है। वहीं, केरल और माहे में 25 और 26 अक्टूबर को मूसलाधार बारिश होने की आशंका है। मौसम विभाग के अनुसार, पिछले 24 घंटों के दौरान तमिलनाडु में 21 सेंटीमीटर से अधिक बारिश दर्ज की गई है। आने वाले दिनों में भी राज्य के कई हिस्सों में बारिश का सिलसिला जारी रह सकता है।
मध्य प्रदेश, छत्तीसगढ़ और विदर्भ में भी बारिश की संभावना
मध्य भारत के राज्यों में भी मौसम का असर देखने को मिल सकता है। पश्चिमी मध्य प्रदेश में 28 से 30 अक्टूबर और पूर्वी मध्य प्रदेश में 28 अक्टूबर को हल्की से मध्यम बारिश होने की संभावना है। वहीं, विदर्भ में 27, 29 और 30 अक्टूबर को बारिश हो सकती है। छत्तीसगढ़ में 27 से 30 अक्टूबर के बीच बारिश का अनुमान है। मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक, 28 और 29 अक्टूबर को छत्तीसगढ़, विदर्भ और पूर्वी मध्य प्रदेश के कई हिस्सों में भारी बारिश हो सकती है। इस दौरान 27 से 29 अक्टूबर के बीच कुछ इलाकों में 40 से 50 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से तेज हवाएं चलने की आशंका है। हवा की गति झोंकों के साथ 60 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे तक पहुंच सकती है। साथ ही, बिजली गिरने का खतरा भी बना रहेगा।
उत्तर भारत में बारिश और बर्फबारी के आसार
उत्तर भारत के पहाड़ी राज्यों में भी मौसम में बदलाव देखने को मिल सकता है। IMD के अनुसार, जम्मू-कश्मीर और लद्दाख में 25 अक्टूबर को हल्की बारिश और ऊंचाई वाले क्षेत्रों में बर्फबारी होने की संभावना है। उत्तराखंड में भी कहीं-कहीं हल्की बारिश हो सकती है, जबकि हिमाचल प्रदेश में 25 अक्टूबर को छिटपुट वर्षा का अनुमान है।
मैदानी इलाकों में पंजाब, हरियाणा, चंडीगढ़ और दिल्ली में 28-29 अक्टूबर को गरज-चमक के साथ हल्की बारिश हो सकती है। पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश में 29-30 अक्टूबर के दौरान बारिश के आसार हैं। वहीं, पूर्वी उत्तर प्रदेश के कुछ हिस्सों में 29 और 30 अक्टूबर को भारी बारिश होने की संभावना जताई गई है। राजस्थान में 25 अक्टूबर और 29-30 अक्टूबर को कुछ स्थानों पर हल्की बारिश या बूंदाबांदी हो सकती है।
समुद्र में तेज हवाओं और ऊंची लहरों की चेतावनी
मौसम विभाग ने बंगाल की खाड़ी में तेज हवाएं चलने की चेतावनी भी जारी की है। पूर्वानुमान के अनुसार, 26 अक्टूबर की सुबह तक समुद्र में हवा की गति 70 से 80 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे रह सकती है। झोंकों के साथ इसकी रफ्तार 90 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे तक पहुंचने की आशंका है।
इसके बाद 27 अक्टूबर से आंध्र प्रदेश और ओडिशा के तटीय क्षेत्रों में 40 से 50 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से तेज हवाएं चल सकती हैं। समुद्र में ऊंची लहरें उठने और स्थिति खराब होने की आशंका को देखते हुए मछुआरों और तटीय क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले लोगों को मौसम विभाग के दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन करने की सलाह दी गई है।
